单词怎样才能记住？这是困扰每一个英语学习者的“世纪难题”。对考研学子而言，这道难题尤为棘手，因为考研词汇“考的深”、“考的广”。背单词的方法有很多，词根词缀法、联想记忆法、正序反序法等，这些方法虽各有优点，但有一个共同缺点，即脱离了考试。
对历年考研英语真题研究后我们发现，相同题材文章中有大量单词会重复出现，受此启发，笔者独创“真题分类背词法”，将真题按题材分成六大类：法律类、经济类、医学类、网络类、科普类和文化生活类，笔者称之为考研词汇“六脉神剑”，将这武功秘籍熟练掌握，必能在考研战场上独步武林，笑傲江湖。
“六脉神剑”第一剑——法律类高频热词：
1. Act
真题例句：In 1968, the Congress of the United States passed the Jury Selection and Service Act, ushering in a new era of democratic reforms for the jury.（2010，Text 4）
全句翻译：1968年，美国国会通过了《陪审团遴选与服务法案》，从此开创了一个陪审团民主改革的新时代。
2. Measure
真题例句：The measure passed by the convincing vote of 15 to 10.（1997，Text 1）
全句翻译：这一议案以有说服力的15票对10票获得通过。
3. bill
真题例句：Some have breathed sighs of relief, others, including churches, right-to-life groups and the Australian Medical Association, bitterly attacked the bill and the haste of its passage.（1997，Text 1）

全句翻译：现在，该公司突然因为2006年法规宣称2002年协议无效，且只有联邦政府才有对核问题具有监管权。
上面出现的这7个单词，都是“法规，法令，法案”的意思，考研阅读考的就是“同义替换”，所以，这些同义词必须放在一起记忆。其他的法律类高频热词，下期继续。
